I Think I Got Scammed

Well i recently payed this guy (Bariqi) 20M for a Xbox Harddrive. I thought hey, everything went smoothly so i might as well buy some other stuff from him. He told me he shipped the Xbox Harddrive but when i told him i wanted to buy some more stuff the next day, he said the package ripped and so i might as well buy some more items for the same shipping. I payed him 40M for Red Dead Redemption & a Xbox controller. 5 Hours later, my acccount was banned. Then i asked him if he shipped it, he said yeah and i told him i got banned. He said all 3 of his accounts are banned too and hes gonna check his mailbox if the package has been sent. If not, hes not gonna ship it till his account recovers. Next thing i know, my account was unlocked? ( I appealed it the last night when i found out it was banned) But my password was changed. Edit: He said he shipped it and logged right off but idk if he really did because he didn't give me a tracking, if i don't receive it in like 2 weeks ill update this post and unvouch him along with reporting him. (lol i can't really report him can i? i'm a noob -sigh-)
