    They right click on the maul and then hit the F5 button to take them to the spec screen.

    Yep hotkeys, except i always fail at it lol..
    + my comps F keys aren't automatic

    It is possible, there are programs out there which allow you to change hot-keys but in all honesty, try get used to the pre-set ones - It's much easier then you think after some practice.
