If I remove my bank account on one account..

If I remove my bank account on one account and make a new paypal account, can I immediately add my bank account to this new paypal account? I'm aware i'll still still have to go through the waiting period where they deposit two small amounts into my bank account.

Also i'd rather not let them know I have two paypal accounts so is there a way for me to scrap my personal information on the first? Like change my address, phone number etc.?

And on a side note.. would I ever get my account limited if I accept all of my payments as a service?

 

1. Paypal will link the two accounts without question. The only way around it is to get a different bank account and only access PayPal from a completely different computer. All personal information is kept on file so not worth trying to change it at this point.

2. Yes, it is still possible. Accept only services to be safe though. My account has been limited two times for excessive trading despite it all being in services. Sending/receiving only gifts will definitely piss PayPal off though. Don't do it.
