    Verifying PayPal

Basically, I'm looking for a way I can get unlimited sending/withdrawal limits. Is there any way? Note that I'm below 18.

What about NetSpend? I heard somewhere that it works. Can someone verify?

How do gift cards exactly work?

Apparently you can do so with a Prepaid Visa Card.

All Paypal does is charge the Card x amount with a code, and you need to give them that code.

I think there are certain websites that let you track your specific Prepaid Card, and all transactions recorded on it, and thus the code.

Prepaid visa cards do work but paypal takes like $3 off them from my experience.

    I need more info.

Which website should I get them from?
How exactly do I use it?
Does it always take off $3?
What exactly will happen once I use it?

Add your own gift or bank card and a bank account, without these, do not expect unlimited limits and an easy work with a Paypal, they like to restrict people.
