    Proof, that he disputed:

    Proof it was his email:

Proof, that PayPal reviewed the payment:

    Shortly explained:
Love4you0 wanted to buy 198M from me for 217,8$. Everything went fine, but when he sent the payment, PayPal took it to further investigating. They said, it would be done in less than 24hours. So love4you0 and me agreed to meet again the next day, so he could get his gold. (I was unsure, if he would get the payment back, or I would get it, so I decided the best option was to wait).
He then decided to dispute his money. That's really annoying, since we actually had made an agreement to meet the next day. I didn't actually loose anything, but he's wasting my time, and we already had made that agreement. I would suggest you either to give him a ban or a TwC, since he's disputing his money, without asking me first. If he had asked me first, I could easily just have refunded him the money, but now PayPal has to look further at it, which is annoying as hell.

    Thanks in advance,
    Sengira.

Since no one was scammed, I can't ban or give him a TwC. Yes, you agreed to meet the next day, but he is able to change his mind, since nothing was traded.
