Capes = Scammer [Report with Full Detailed Evidence]

Briefly explain the trade:
Agreed to show me his RSGP on world 43 Lumbridge; I pay him $4USD to his Paypal; upon receiving the money, he accepts trade for 5 Million.

How they scammed:
Once he acknowledged receiving of $4USD; he *waves* in Runescape; says *chink* on MSN, and logs out in both - effectively blocking me on MSN. I do not receive my RSGP - while he gains my money.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:
*He sent me a PM [PROOF BELOW]
*His MSN email is in a few of his threads
