Addy Gloves on a 1Def Pure?

I was wondering about the monkey madness part. Do you complete the whole quest(as in killing the demon)but just don't accept the reward? Or do you get to a certain point and just stop? Can someone explain it to me please?

 

Complete the quest, but don't talk to Daero about the experience reward.

 

Ya the easiest way is to complete it of course so you can wear the scim, then when you get to Daero just log out thats what I did

 

Way back in the day the first time i did the quest on my pure i ruined it by talkin to him.. just make sure you avoid him at all cost

I have addy gloves on my level 1 def pure, once you get your 70 cooking for the subquest of RFD, you just go to Dario and tell him you want to head back to Ape Atol or whatever. There's 2 options, one that brings you to the training reward exp from completing MM, and theres the other option which leads you to the warehouse where all the planes are.

That about sums it up. You use to have to take the XP to go back to the island, at least that's what I believe. Now you can go back to the island without taking the XP.

 

i think you can only get mith gloves when your 1 def but im not sure. whatever you do dont talk to DAERO after you complete the quest.
