Lost Auth code

I lost my Perfs fishing auth code recently.

Basically, me being the dumbass I am, I never saved it anywhere, aside from my bot auth panel. The email I got with my auth code went into my spam folder, and it was deleted ages ago.

Continuing on, I had stopped botting for around 2 weeks, and when I came to start botting again, whenever I clicked my bot client, the auth panel would never popup. I reinstalled the auth panel, hoping that'd help. It didn't. So I completely redownloaded the nexus client, and then my auths not there.

I looked on the rsbotting.com website for the reissue button but couldn't find it (link me pl0x? I'm kinda retarded). One other thing, is I may have reissued my auth once before, I can't remember now.

I just want to know, is there anyway I could get my auth from the client that won't popup?

 

Submit a ticket from the paypal email. Tell them what happened, and include the paypal transaction ID

I had to do this the other day. They sent me an email within 3 hours with every single auth code I purchased. Doesn't matter where you bought it from.

Did you install the new client into the same directory? If not, then there should be a data.db file in the /config folder of your bot. Transfer this to your new folder containing the newly installed bot and replace it with the one in that config folder.
If you did install it to same directory hope it is in your recycle bin.
