Need help with vps

I purchased a vps from https://www.123systems.net/billing/clientarea.php and I'm having trouble.
I'm using this guide http://www.rsbots.net/forums/index.php?topic=53112.0
but when I type in yum -y install kdepim, I get no command. Add my msn if you're able to help.
