Help Paypal - Money being held

I sold 15m to someone last night and we did it in multiple payments like 5M - 5$ at a time. Then when I woke up this morning it says all of them are held and I have "Claims requiring your action (4)" in red. and around -$15 in paypal. I'm verified on PayPal but I haven't added my SS# or confirmed where I live.

It says I can resolve by proof of delivery and provide more information on payments because my PayPal is limited. Also it says to respond on my 4 claims. What should I do on the claims? Do I have to do them? I google searched this same situtation and people say there is nothing you can do but wait for 180 days.

Is there anything I can do with the 4 claims?

Respond to them - otherwise you'll lose the case and stay in -$15. This way you still have keep your money.

 

Responded. The money got reversed but fortunately my account got lifted and I'm in the + again. Just have to start with $15 less :/. Thanks!
