    PayPal 'unauthorized' claim

Hi guys, recently the user Vanmaster5 opened a claim against me for $270 as an 'unauthorized payment', can anybody give me some advice as to what I should do? PayPal only give me the following options:

I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page.

I have not posted the item and I will refund the payment.

I have refunded the payment for this transaction.

I don't know what to put. In the PayPal note for the payment he put 'This is for items I have already received and am completely satisfied with'

REALLY appreciate any help. Thanks a bunch.

    Luke

It seems you did not claim & cancel nor get it as gift. If its for GP, you wont have a case. Its best to clear your account of cash and let it go on negative. Remove ur bank/cc off the account.

With those unauthorized claims, nothing has worked for me yet.
Paypal will only be able to help u out if u can prove that u got a shipping ID or something :/
Maybe someone else can help you out, but please make a thread in the report a scammer section before he makes more victims.

@dingo, i've had unauthorized claims on gifted payments in the past

He sent it as a gift. Gift can still be claimed as 'unauthorized'.

Am I safe if I remove my cc/bank and just never log in to the account again?

Also, Tiemen, I already have and he has been banned. :)

edit: can't remove card while pp is in negative balance. Fuck.

edit 2: I'm going to report the card stolen or lost so it is closed. Hopefully that works.

He left a message, it was
"This is for items I have already received and am completely satisfied with"

As for PayPal, it won't let me remove my credit card, or my bank account, however if I report my credit card as lost, and my bank account is 'Unconfirmed' with paypal, do you think that will be ok? They also have my full address which I can't seem to change. This really sucks :(
