HP (Not Palm) Announces Palm Three-quel

Announced earlier today, dropping the Palm label entirely, HP launched the third version of the famous “Pre.” Touting a variety of fairly impressive features, the Pre is slated to head up HP’s WebOS operating system over both Verizon’s EVDO Rev A network, and T-Mobile’s HSPA+ Network. Let’s get down to the raw science, shall we?

Display: 3.6-inch, 800 x 480
Camera: 5 MP auto-focus with LED flash, capable of recording 720P video. Front-facing camera for video calls, presumably 0.3 MP.
Networking: Mobile Hotspot Connectivity
Processor: Qualcomm 1.4 GHz Single-Core
RAM: 512 MB DRAM
Storage: 8 or 16 GB varieties.

It looks like HP might be targeting to stay ahead in the current high end, but do they have what it takes to make moves against Motorola’s Atrix?

specs look nice, but the overall design is not too great imo. I love the clean style of HTC. Also android beats webos any day

 

Oh I agree, but wait until you see the news I have for you tomorrow. Crazy, ridiculous, and probably will sell in the millions.
