The Regen bracelet or bracelet of regeneration is an onyx bracelet enchanted by the level 87 spell Enchant Level 6 Jewellery, as well as being a drop from the level 785 Corporeal beast. It is also dropped from the level 126 Revenant knight, however that is extremely rare.

When worn, it doubles the natural rate at which life points heal, so 20 life points are recharged every minute as opposed to ten every minute. This effect stacks with the Rapid Heal and Rapid renewal prayer and rest. In conjunction, this provides potential regeneration of 20 life points per 30 seconds, which is an average of 10 life points per 15 seconds.
