Yeah I had "JagMWhite". It's an attempt to steal your account.
He sent me to a phisher site and said, so, what qualities do you have to become a mod?
I replied, I can spot a phisher when I see one, reported.
He logged out.
I lol'd.

 

pm phishing? loads of people have done it to me before, but mainly to join there clan forums an they're like "our forums are jagex made so just use your normal log in :L " often offering free stuff like whips and that :L

 

I had some loser try to do that to me yesterday with the whole "my clan owns we give money all the time" trick.

I had someone tell me i won the runesscape lottery, over 1b btw

all he needed was my Runescape Username and Password!

Guy tried to phis my account, asked him how many accs he had stolen (Thought raging would only leave to him taking off anyway)

He ended up telling quite a story.

Afte a few minutes I asked him if he belonged to the sythe community, he replied yes.

Asked him what hes sythe name was but he said he couldn't tell, I asked why and he said:

Sythe doesn't allow phising, and I have too many vouches to risk a ban.

(Why he told me I have no idea, guessing it was the nice "I like what ur doing" tone I played with)

Point: We have people with high amounts of vouches that are playing dirty, old news but still relevant.

 

Yup I've gotten a few and I like playing along to mess with them.
