Buying a 91+ RC main

As the title states, I'm looking for a main with 91+RC and other stats need to be at least decent. Would prefer 99 RC, but if that puts the account of my price range, then no thank you.

Want at least a 1600+ total, as my current account has that and I don't feel like working back up from below it.

Any other 99 skills (other then Fletching and Cooking) would be a bonus and appreciated, but the primary thing I'm looking for is 91+ RC

We can use an OMM if you'd like, but if you're trusted enough I'll go first, and if you're stupid enough you can go first with a newcomer with 0 vouches.

Thanks in advance! (By the way, price range is approximately 50mil RSGP and $100 USD)

Edit: Until I can get my friend to help me make an MSN account, I won't be able to purchase anyone's account.
