100m scammed by Adrian Ochoa

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling 100m RSGP for $42 and adrian added me. He said he didn't want to do increments and since he was a guru, I trusted him. I went first and traded the 100m to his account on runescape "Cyianide". He said payment would be sent within 3 minutes. Payment was never received.

If this is not enough to get him banned, can you please tell me what else I need before just closing the thread? Im sure I can give you what is needed.

 

Can you show the Paypal page of him not sending it and/or him going offline?

 

Paypal. Balance is at $0.00 and the transactions start at Sept. 1through last week.
