Clearing my name I shouldn't be given a TWC -Clifton43

Hi

I am going to keep this one short and sweet. I don't understand why I have been given a TWC when this is given to scammers and people who have tried to scam I have done neither. It can be argued it wasn't professional but it did not affect the service and the service would have been completed by Friday. I agreed everything with the person and he has made a big deal out of nothing yet I have been given a TWC for a month -.-. I do not understand the logic I am the who has been hard done by but I dealt with all of it properly and swiftly. People who scam then get reported and then pay get a TWC for a month and I am getting this for such a minor matter it doesn't seem fair. Also here is a case that directly involved me he scammed $130 for the account and $220 of osrs gp was on the acc I couldn't prove the GP. I proved he scammed the $130 he refunded yet he wasn't given a TWC why such irregularities because he was a $100 donor at the time

Maxedrs3gainz scammed me roughly $350 (the scam report)
I feel let down by sythe (Me argueing why he should at least be given a TWC yet wasn't given).

 

People do not get a TWC for scamming and repaying. They go through a pardon process after getting unbanned. You were given your TWC for using your customers gold to repay a debt without permission.

This TWC will not be removed at the current moment.
