Scammed by "Dieze"!! (2)

Briefly explain the trade: He was selling account upgrade via surfpin, he has 1k + posts, so I decided he's trusted, we agreed that he will do the upgrade via teamviewer.
How they scammed: After I paid up, he logged out of his runescape account, I gave him teamviewer information to do the upgrade on my computer, but then he just went offline.
