Runescape forum searcher?

If I remember correctly, there was a tool/program used to search the runescape forums for specific combat levels? used by talkers while luring....

I used this program to find people in my killers desired combat level..and would pm with the victim afterwards...



Can anyone help me find this program?


ps: and dont post: TRY GOOGLE?!?!? when I have searched for it the entire day already.

 

I think it's an add-on for swiftkit.

 

Do you have any idea what it is/could be called?
