Discovery.ch Scammed Me

Briefly explain the trade: I ordered 36-70 dung. He only levelled to 70 so I decided to cancel order and get a refund since he was never on MSN and extremely slow (he was using a bug that should only take him a couple hours to get to 80).

How they scammed: Not giving me refund for the half of service he didn't complete ($100 out of the $175). I have PM'd him but he ignored (he still does account upgrades through paypal). I have also messaged him on MSN but he does not reply (he's always offline now).

Forgot to add this but here's proof from Aroxez, Discovery's Dung partner, that I am owed $100. Note that this report isn't against Aroxez because he doesn't handle the money and I have had no problem in contacting him. Him and myself both have a problem contacting discovery.

 

He says to Pm him your paypal email and he will refund for what he did not complete
