    We agreed to a deal of 267M rs gp for 250 US Dollars. I went first and after I staked him the gp, he said he'd transfer the money straight to my paypal but as he was confirming my paypal email address he went offline never to return again. My paypal account never recieved any of the promised 250 US dollars.
