HF User unbanned?

This was my original report.

HF account: http://www.hackforums.net/member.php...file&uid=60802

msns: [email protected] <--- it's on his sythe profile

http://www.hackforums.net/search.php... d3de02edfc5d <--- all his posts on HF. Couple of them contain his msn above, paying for freezing msns, wants to hack a facebook account, just look through his posts.

also made a website where he gives away free auths and stuff...

I think this is enough to warrant a ban. FireZ said to go ahead and report him.

The user was banned, but for some reason when you click on the sythe account link above, it takes you to a different user that is unbanned. Is it the same person or what? Sorry, i'm just confused on what happened.
