23m is a dollar a mill though, I just bought these with cash today , I have a feeling alot of these on the website are illegitamatly obtained? If you will only do 23m though, I would prefer you went first, Im not trying to lose money and get scammed at the same time -.- Ill be on the phone with you and give you the first half followed by the second half once the trade is accepted.
