Xbox 360 marketplace issue

I see several threads there that are selling games, such as this one currently:

A game is a tangible item.

I see these and instantly report them yet they are still there days later, weeks later even.

A simple fix really. They belong in non-virtual items. I even put that on the report suggesting they move it to non-virtual yet no results.

 

Yeah, the staff know that they're meant to go into the Non-Virtual Games section, so you're definitely doing the right thing by reporting it. But that's all you can really do. Once you've reported it you've let the staff know that it needs to be done, and they will do it eventually. Sometimes reports do take a little while to get completed, especially at the moment it does seem like it takes a few days at least for some reports to get an answer.
