You can hit as many times as you want which will add to your previous roll total. Or you can stay on a number you feel has a good chance at beating the host (Me)
After you have stayed on your roll, I roll until i either get a higher number than the number you stayed at, or I bust and loose by getting a total of over 100.
Win = 2.1x your bet
Tie = host win
