For those who bought the inferno cape?

Did you guys attempt the inferno or just flat out bought it?

If you guys attempted it, how many tries before buying it?

 

I attempted it a few times and always planked at triple jads so like the third time I got to triples then I just ended up buying it.

 

I don’t have one, but plan on buying when I do. I’ve tried a few times and it’s so dang tough at multiple Jads like he said. They’re pretty affordable really.. some capers do for as low as like $200 last time I checked (based on your stats of course).

 

thanks for the reply, i thought maybe jagex would check to see how many attempt i did, not sure if it would look sketchy to buy the cape when I havent even made it to jad yet

 

How many attempts have you done? I don’t think it would matter though man. The capers on here are legitimate with teamviewer buddy.

 

Honestly if you have any attempts then I think it would look a lot more legit already compared to someone getting cape first try. Plus with teamviewer everything is done on your IP so it's much harder to track. Only thing that I can think of that would change is maybe your F-keys compared to the F-keys that your caper uses.

 

Team viewer is fine but you have to use your common sense too.

If you're the OO you will most likely be fine because the IP location has always been you anyway. If you want to be safer maybe having a few attempts is better because it's so hard getting it at first go is very unlikely.

If you buy an account and are not the OO then even teamviewer is a high risk because of the IP change location. If you buy an account and have been playing on it for a few months and have tried a few infernal attempts you should be fine too.

It's not necessarily the tries prior to buying a cape that keep you safe but some of the factors i've mentioned above.

 

I cannot say we have had problems via VPN yet.

Then again, it varies on who you go with, and what methods they offer I guess. We have achieved several pets, and many capes so far.

 

I've done 4-5 so far and almost made it to wave 50.

My main concern was buying the cape with like 4-5 tries almost making to wave 50 and then next attempt, I just get the cape. I thought it may look sketchy but from what I'm hearing if it from my own IP, it's more legit.


I also wonder if anyone ever lost a cape using teamviewer

 

Yes I know people who have lost it and gotten the temp ban with teamviewer but it's where they weren't OO and took a risk by buying an infernal straight after buying a new account.

I would always say it's better to be safe than sorry so attempting to get to the jads would be worth it to avoid any potential bans.

 

All my statements were already assuming you were doing it on a personal account. After you get to jads then I think you would be fine to teamview the rest from there. If you need help with anything let me know. I am also currently trying to walk another friend through inferno

Yeah it just takes time to get use to it. Reading thru the osrs wiki's inferno guide actually did help me a lot so if you havent dont that then you should give it a try.

All the sellers say it's 99% safe and I agree with them especially since you already have attempts. I think if you plan on buying it then you might as well do it sooner rather than later
