The Old Nite Statue

So I was told that Jagex made a statue for the The Old Nite..

I looked for it and this is what I found.

 

I personally wouldn't think they would dedicate a portion of the game to a player , primarily because it would affect a lot of players, but this could be true. It depends on how you see it, if this involved a quest, then it would make sense. If you feel like its dedicated to T.O.N., then it's what you feel. I think it is dedicated to him.

 

its not dedicated to him, it was released prior to his death.

That statue has been there for quite a while, it may or may not be for the old nite.

 

He used to be my favorite player in the game when i was a lower level and i met him when i was like level 12 on my first account ha.
he gave me 50k
was way back in the day

It's obviously fake, I mean? why would they make a statue if someone dies in real life? then wildy would be full of statues.

Wow, been awhile since I've posted on sythe
Back on track, That statue has been there long before ton's death. I believe it has something to do with collecting all the pieces of Ghostly Robes after doing Desert Treasure.

 

I watched a youtube video and they said this is the spot so I just screened it my self, I have no clue if it's real or not.

That is been there even before he passed away. I don't think he is the only runescape player who passed away...there would others too

By far my favorite RuneScape player before he passed away, tragically, after a fight with colon cancer. Indeed I believe that this stature was made in the great player's honor.

But as a respectful player, jagex most likey made a statue for him.

 

One of those is for The Old Nite. The other is for Fat Wrecked.

 

Anyone who thinks that jagex would make a statue about rs players who died are fucking idiots.
