* 18400 XP - The Grand Tree (MM req)
* 14400 XP - Waterfall Quest (good exp)
* 12175 XP - Fight Arena (good exp)
* 11450 XP - Tree Gnome Village (MM req)
* 3000 XP - Death Plateau (c boots)
* 2812 XP - The Fremennik Trials (zerker)
TOTAL = 82237/97237
= 47-49 att

They all require no quests or particular stats (apart from 43+ pray for cape). As far as I know this is the best rune pure guide currently available, no other guide shows u quests and/or stats for gloves.
