Is Jagex still recruiting PMods nowadays?

Out of curiosity, are new PMods, FMods, LMods and Community Helpers still entering the game? Personally, I feel like I see less and less, strangely.

Judging by how many people are at the GE scamming in every world with the '2B for' and buying all rares for 200M over the GE price and the amount of bot's at green drags etc, I don't think so. Don't think they care anymore. Jagex been all about money for years now. Only reason they poll stuff and 'care' about the players in OSRS because that's where there money is coming from. RS3 is dead.

More problems in what sense? Because Pmods will actually highlight the issues Jagex are turning a blind eye to or?

 

kinda have to agree with this, lots of pmods sell their accounts or they get hacked. lurers/gambling bot runners use them to mute their competitors etc.

 

You mean since forever, like pretty much any other company in existence.

 

No shit, but they could do alot to improve it for players let's be honest. Other companies don't destroy themselves to the point they've earnt less than they would've like Jagex did.

 

I know someone that received a player mod status like 3 months ago.

 

really only the streamers/rs3 autists get modded now, they aren't common like pre-2010. I'm pretty sure they make you do real life identify verification with jagex before they give you a crown now too.

 

So basically people of status in the OSRS community are liable to get it? I do kinda get that from Jagex but the game could certainly benefit from having more i think.

 

Yes, ofcourse they are still recruiting. They tend to go for PMODS in specific geographic regions at a time.
So if you are active at a specific time zone/location it may favour you depending on what they are looking for.
