1 user 2 sythe accounts selling similar product also both accounts linked to runemate seller page

Mabey i was supposed to post here not on ban evaders as i seen a couple other double account holders on here this guy has 2 accounts selling same product with links to sell page on runemate on both separate sythe accounts both links on separate pages brings you to the same runemate users page fatboy so not sure why hes using 2 seperate sythe accounts is that in the rules?
