Looking for a RSPS development team

Hello,

I have always wanted to start and look into a RSPS. Why? Well i have played one RSPS, and it was GREAT. I loved everything about it. But then we hit a dramatic loss in player count, and inactivity of the staff/owners did nothing. (i am sure most hit that stage at one point). Now i have many thoughts and ideas to help better a community. I feel i am ready to take a leadership role and help create the BEST RSPS. It will take a lot of time, a lot of efforts and a lot of motivation. Most will say 'aye he is in it for the money' That is not the case. I am tired of sitting and watching all these servers not having what i love on a RSPS. I need help. I am willing to pay good money for a development team. Now in this field we will always have that one kid only in it for the money, or just mess things up and create more harm than good. If we can come to an agreement then nothing will get in our way. RSPS is a dying game..lets join together and create the BEST RSPS. Together nothing will stop us.

Things i am looking for in a developer:

>Ability to create a yell/shout tab
>Ability to create a jail and a staff tab (for punishments)
>Ability to create a kill count/death count counter
>Ability to create donor zones/ranks
>Ability to create MY PK shops
>> Will request the items later
>Ability to create MY Vote shops
>>Will request the items later
>Ability to create a redeem (ingame) vote/donation tab
>Ability to create tasks
>Ability to create bosses/minigames
>MUST BE ACTIVE

I will have more ideas of course. What i am generally looking for is someone who is willing to do work and is willing to work with me every step of the way. Payments is based on progress and loyalty. I know if i get everything i want from my developer(s) i would need to keep them happy-so loyalty will be rewarded. All developer(s) must maintain activity (whether updating the server or keeping in touch in development chat.)

I am looking for partners/friends who are willing to take a step forward with me to help create the best RSPS.
