    User is active and accused of scamming but hasn't posted in 5 years, common tactic by hackers to avoid being detected and they just scam via PM. If a mod is able to check recent logins/IPs used to send his PM i'm positive he's hacked (think it requires global+ or maybe even admin.)

    Also despite not posting he's received a vouch from another profile which is also hacked.
