upgrades to arena

because the release of free trade/wildy/staking i have been going to the duel arena with my friend to practice staking (as that is what i will do upon the release). to my dismay, i find that jagex needs to do some maintenance on the duel arena especially before its popularity explodes upon the release...the arena seems quite laggy compared to other content and its former self....also when me and my friend duel...sometimes the duel start countdown for him reaches 1 first which lets him attack first....that would be completely unfair in a staked duel....

 

doesn't lag for me, maybe it's these 12 gigs under the hood

 

wow thats impressive. im jealous haha. but maybe its not so much lag but they really need to fix the countdown system

 

It doesn't lag for me and never has so I have no idea what you're talking about.

 

Yup this happens to me also, I go into the fight and get attacked because i lag. Making me loss since i didnt have a chance to attack first.

 

Sometimes this happens to me aswell.

 

I had the same problem a few days ago. I practiced today and it worked fine so maybe they did something about it. Report it to Jagex if you experience the same problem again.

 

..Just lost 20m to lag, it takes forever to load the arena screen so I missed the first hit FFFFFUUUUUUUU-
