Mith gloves = 17M with cat or 20M with kitten ( if you have all the skill reqs for them )
DT sub quests = 13M ( if you have all the skill requirements for them )
Fight arena = 1.5M
Grand tree = 2M
Horror from the deep with bar crawl: 3M

I rather not do the quest requirement skilling, but I can quote you them too if you can't find anyone else for them. (might be not as cheap as someone else)
