EDIT: Nevermind found out what it does.
So I have to have 30 attack then to use it?

 

Same thing as the lavabattle staff but with infinite water/earth runes. And yeah you need 30 attack to wield it.

 

30 attack for the battlestaff, 40 if it's mystic.

 

Well. xD Guess I'm not going to be getting it then. Going for an obby mauler pure, so don't want to ruin that.
