1 def pure attack xp quests?

so far i have done vampire slayer, fight arena, tree gnome village, the grand tree and waterfall quest. I'm currently at 45 attack.. going for 60 if that's important.

I suggest viewing the rewards of the quests just in case they give unwanted xp.

I've already looked there it was just because the monkey madness one threw me... because i heard you don't get the xp..

 

Yeah it's either attack and def or str and hp.

Did you fully quest up to 45 attack?

yes i did only i've only trained strength range and mage so far.
