Where should I train(bot) an account with these stats to get 50's in Atk and Str?

Alright so my stats on my f2p range 2h pure are as follows:

Attack 32
Strength 47
Defence 1

I'm turning this account into a turmoil zerker so I want to train the stats to 50's before I start doing dung to 80 for chaotics and before all the quests. So....

Where would be the fastest place to train atk and str to 50's before I bot dung.

 

Minotaurs are a good place, that's where I train my pure for 40-60.

 

I always do the generic spots when im botting

1-40: Goblins just outside lumby, collect bones, bolts and runes ( dont need to collect) but by the time you have 40 in att/str/def you will have accumulated 2-4m RSGP.

40-60: Minataurs in the stronghold of security. This is because they drop frequent arrows, and essence, COLLECT THESE!

60-70: Flesh Crawlers, drop decent fire runes and herbs in PTP worlds. apart from that they are good exp.

70-99: Giant Spiders in the stronghold. i have maxed sooo many accounts this way, with great gear you can max at 80k exp/h but it averages at 45k and its LOW BANRATE. but there are no drops from these spiders

 

Minataurs, Fresh Crawlers, and Hill Giants would suffice for a good place.

 

well this is not the fastest exp but i have botted at druids before

i did 60-70 str there on my main back in the day picking up un-id selling them 1k ea was great back then

 

Considering you are such low defense I'd suggest training on really low level monsters. Almost anything lower level in the Dungeon under the lumbridge church is good because there is a lot of them and they do not hit hard. Good for training at any level, and you can progress to the higher level ones as you get stronger. The lumby bank is also nearby. If not some of the people above me had some good suggestions as well. Minotaurs are the best option.
If you find a good world they won't be crowded

 

I would consider just botting dungeoneering, it would get your attack and strength up at a decent rate, if you use pure mode.

 

Just do minotaurs or al-kharid guards. They both require some food but you can get some cheap food such as trouts/tuna on f2p. I'd recommend al-kharid guards over minotaurs anyway as most bots bank there. Good luck.

 

What msn say's, Al-Kharid warrior bots mostly bank.
But remember, on f2p it is overcrowded there, you might aswell take a membership to speed up the process.
Then you can do rock crabs or something.

 

I do minotaurs 60-70, well, I did ages ago, it works fine.
Fleshies are high ban rate, always crowded.

 

Perhaps guards/Rock crabs if you want charms for summoning.

 

There's actually no point in raising your attack/strength before starting to level dungeoneering... the dungeon is based off of YOUR character, so if your character has lower stats then the monsters will be adjusted to be weaker.

Minotaurs are good, chaos druids is like 40k/hr at the agility dungeon where you need 82 thieving, you also make like 200k/hr depending how fast you can kill them as well as it is almost always empty in many worlds
