Another vouch for Steroidperm! He got me a SECOND firecape with no issues on my now 31 prayer account. If you have the money I'd tell you to go for it if you're thinking about getting one. Like I mentioned in my previous post, these guys don't come by very often and what he offers is a truly unique and honest service. I would use his service again on any of my accounts because he's the only one I know that can do it right now! Also I know prices can be expensive for you low ballers but if you really want a cape without over heads its not easy, even with 43+ prayer it can be hard. So his service is truly something special.
