Unban Request - Xbox360 + Ps3 Live Accounts Were Never Returned + Refunded

I am here today to go over my recent ban that has resulted in me losing not only 20m, but also both my Xbox360 and Ps3 live accounts. I had contacted n4no months earlier about this, and confirming that I had refunded, and never been given back my live accounts, he agreed to unban me. Well, that never happened, and I kind of got side tracked along the way with sports and such, and I didn't really have any spare time on my hands. The basic layout of the trade was that "Last Triumph" wanted to purchase my live accounts off me for the fact that I had high prestiges in the game line Call of Duty. After going into a heated debate about prices, he agreed to buy only one off me for 20M. We had never agreed that I sell him my Ps3 account, and of course, after the trade was completed, that's what he wanted. In the end, I ended up giving him my Ps3 account in return of him expediting my report. It was never expedited, and he was gone for 5 days. I then gave him his 20m back, and he was gone again. N4no had promised to unban me, which was never accomplished, and with sports and everything, I never had the time to file a counter-report on my behalf. I have been an on and off user since 2007, it really depends on my schedule, and I have plenty of people that will vouch for me. I have been trusted with pures, 2billion GP, and many other things. I have been a dragon dyce host, and I can provide pictures and evidence of me doing so. My tight schedule wouldn't allow me to be on as much as I wanted, and unfortunately, I had been absent to many days in a row, and was let go.
