hello gentlemen, I am opening this report not as an accusation but as a means of getting an admin's opinion on this case that I will report

On the 28th of January I sold a Maxed Gmaul Pure to a customer.
during the transaction everything went well... until 6 days ago the customer got in touch with me saying that the account had been locked, as I give a lifetime guarantee for recovery/locked I said I would appeal and return the account soon but on the middle of the process, the customer said he managed to unlock it by email and I withdrew the appeal.
after that again after 1 day the customer contacted me again saying that the account had been locked, and again I said that I would make the appeal, but the customer managed to recover the account again by email, and until then everything was fine.
but today, the customer contacted me again but this time saying that the account was banned for botting and accusing me of having used botting on an account that I sold him 11 days ago

this is being an exceptional case for me because I've never had this kind of problem and it's giving me a headache, that's why I've taken the decision to refund it but before doing that I'd like an admin's opinion on this case, if I really must do this, because in 20 years of gaming, I've never seen this kind of thing happen. besides the fact that my accounts are manually trained by me and as I said before I never had any problems related to that!

about locked, this can happen to anyone and I was always willing to help him in a timely manner.

So. Here is the deal. Yes i do bot, on my mining account. Whats wrong with it? I did not bot on a maxed out G maul account, it is just dumb. Why would i pay 200 usd for an account and then bot?

Secondly, the account has been locked twice and recovered once. The day after it got recovered i recieved the ban hammer.

Also, the 200 usd doesnt make a difference in my life. If you really feel like acting like a child, like you did on discord then go ahead. Instead of being helpful, you are being ignorant.

Also, if i was scared that I was going to show the dreambot client, i could of just copped it out. We can ask Dreambot if your account details has ever been in their client as a proof?


And please answer again, what do i simply bot on a maxed out G maul account? Slayer, questing? I buy a maxed out account so i do not have to bot, not vise versa my friend.

But you have being so ignorant and immature in discord, you changed the way you talk so fast.

So yes, I believe now that you bot on your accounts, the way you act says it all.

Anyways, I will also try to appeal the ban to see If i can get the account back.



For the admins/Mods, it is not enough that he says that he does not bot as a proof. This guy does 1 acocunt each 30 days, with those stats, its impossible if you do not bot.

At all times I was available to help you and at all times you were rude to me, I never had this problem with another customer because everyone was honest with me as I was with them. so much so that I give a lifetime guarantee for recovery/blocking without charging a single extra amount.

you know what's funny?
you got banned from the bot 11 days after i sold you the account and you still blame me for using the bot. Your statement is comical. you think you're talking to a fool, because it's not possible. everyone here on sythe knows that a late ban lasts no more than 2-3 days even if I use a bot!

and also when you use bot you run the risk of being banned from jail.

I've been on sythe since 2021 and I only had one problem that was resolved.

I have several accounts sold here and on playerauction that add up to more than 150 accounts and you are the first one that comes to me with this situation. very funny!

 

So what stops the first problem (dispute) you’ve had stop it from being a second time?

This shouldn't even come into play, but I want to point out that the first one was just as dishonest as you are. tried to trick me HoS1337 ^^

as for your money, you didn't give me anything, i sold you an account in full functionality, and you banned it using bot and now you want to blame me for it. locked doesn't mean anything friend and the recovery is proven in the print that it was you who unlocked it by email, don't try to circumvent the situation.

No I do not. And I do understand that this looks stupid from my side with the botting icon. But it’s a different account I am botting on. We can also ask Dreambot if his username of the account has even been written down there to show that I have not botted. The bans doesn’t have to come 2-3 days after. You can simply own an account and they can ban you a long time after.

Suspicious activity making them locking the account twice and having it recovered once. And banning right after?

Anyways, I do understand that it’s more on his favor seing the evidence. But I would still suggest him contacting Jagex through email and explaining that he has been hacked so I can try to get the account back.


Also, why would he firstly say that he would pay me back if he was 100% certain ge has done nothing wrong, isn’t that weird?
