    FINALLY it got resolved now, it was that Jagex locked the account but since he is the original owner and got the original email he recovered it for the person who bought it from me and gave it back to the sole owner(the buyer from me). A BIG THANKS FOR YOUR HELP RYAN. HE IS A NICE PERSON BUT I GUESS IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING!
    BIG VOUCH AND SORRY FOR MY IMPATIENCE I WROTE ANYTHING BUT I APOLOGIZE AND THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN !
