Mr Poker is a scammer, he scammed me for $140

A while ago Mr Poker started this topic. I pmed him on Skype asking to purchase the account and he said he would sell it to me for $120 originally but I raised the price to $140. He had a lot of vouches so I thought I could trust him so on Monday the 19th December in the morning I send him the money. Normally he replied to all my Skype messages instantly, but he hasn't replied since. I noticed he has even purchased 50m from this website, probably with the money I sent him. I know he has scammed me as he has not sent the details to his account that he promised to sell to me when I send him the money.
How they scammed: Did not give me the details to the account I was buying after he promised too, when I sent him the money.

Skype profile ID & conversation: Here are what I believe are all the remaining screenshots I need to prove I have been scammed. I could not get all the Skype pictures on my computer so have to use the ones from my phone. I hope that is not a problem. Sorry for their size and there are also other pictures proving that I did send him the money and that he did not reply to me.

First of all please ban this sythe user asap so he cannot scam anybody else, it is a terrible situation to be in. He stole $140 from me which is a huge amount of money for me, and it has had pretty large impacts on my IRL life .
Also is there anything I can do to recover the money, or get something out of this awful experience? I don't think I will be able to ring up the paypal service atm. Please help as I am desperate to get my money back .
