    I need a person in Black Arm Gang who has not yet finished Shield of Arrav Quest IN EOC!!!!! NOT IN 07scape!! I am Pheonix Gang and I need someone who has or can get the Black Arm Gang certificate and I will pay with EoC GP... not much but I will give you some gp and the Pheonix gang half certificate for your Black Arm gang certificate
