Recovering my old Runescape Account

Back when I first started playing Runescape I made 2 accounts. the first account I made I quit cause I didn't like the account name. (I didn't know you could change the name) So I made a new account, but now I want to recover the old account but I can't remember most of the recovery details. I know the rough creation date, ISP, Maybe some other info if needed. I've tried the regular recovery system but I got denied. Does anyone know the email address I could email Jagex on to try and regain access to my old account?

i don't know if this still works, but i also recovered an account from a friend that created the acc back in 04 and played it unitl 05, i tried it like 1 year ago, didn't entered much details and i got him. but as i said, no one played it for about 7 years, so just try it
