07 Mage/Range training tips?

Hey guys,

I've recently completed RFD on my zerker and now I'm in the combat stage grinding of the account and I was wondering how I should train?

As of right now, I'm splashing for my mage while I'm away [77 currently], and range every so often during slayer when I can use it. Right now I'm using msb + iron arrows, but I have the money to get iron knives so I was wondering at my current range level of 57 what should I do? Iron knives until 80/85 and begin chinning or wait until higher range? Money isn't too horribly a concern, but still who wants to spend money

Also! What do you guys think I should do about my mage? Continue splashing?

I'm doing the same thing! Doing slayer though. Cannon a bit with that for range and I got 99 mage from splashing/alching, which is probably the best option. For range 80/85 is fine for chinning overall just depends on how much money u want/want to spend

 

Hmm, how much do you think 80-99 range will chost while chinning? And also what about 85-99? And I want to cannon, but I also want the HP xp :/

splashing is so cheap, anyone should really do it

 

tbh I auto clicked from 70-94 using maple longbows (you only lose 9-10m) and if you have money, i'd say once you get 70 range start chinning but you should probably get void. I went from 73-85 in around 6-8 hours (didn't really keep track of time). but definitely get void.

 

Yeah I'm definitely going to get void, but I figure 70 is way too low to chin on! And isn't auto click followed with a super high ban rate?
