To Sythe or any admins

I was reminded pw is older than six months ,was told to change a new password
So i did it
But I never receive an email from recovery .
why ? I tried many times in past 30hours .
I did tried to post on account recovery section and dispute section
but seems no one process it .

Could you please help me out with it . thanks a lot
was waiting too long ,a bit sad.
