    Decent staking account query

Current stats of an account i'm training are:

    50 Attack
    83 Strength
    1 Defense
    74 HP

Currently training to 70 attack as we speak.

For staking, (DDSING), should I get a few defence levels? (thinking up to like 20 max)- Should I also level some attack?
    Cheers.

20 defence from 1 defence won't be a noticeable difference in the arena. I would leave it at 1, personally.

You could level up attack; 70-90 attack is way better for that account, than, say 1-20 defence.

Don't get def, high hp/strength works well.

    That and high range/HP.

But it's all a guessing game.

You should either have a set up like e.g. 80/60/80 or something or 1 defence, so that way you focus on vsing other pures. Depends how dedicated you are to making the 'ideal' staker or whether it's just short term fun.

Whip/DDS would be a good staker. Try to go for 70 attack 90 strength and then try out the duel arena.

it is a bad idea to stake with an account 70 attack (whip) due to the fact of when you switch from DDS to whip you have to change attack style before you hit your opponent which can be very hard during a stake where first hit is essential. if you do not get the attack style switched and stay on lash method, you will receive defense experience and level up defense. if you go to 70 attack get defense to 45 at the least 70 at the most. if you're not dedicated enough to do that stick to 60 attack and 1 defense for easy staking :)

Let's be honest, the duel starts with dds, so after you're 4 specs (if you/your opponent are still alive) then you switch, which isn't hard at all. However if you're very new to staking, 60 attack and just leaving it on strength is much easier, but whip staking isn't difficult at all if you have any experience staking/pking..

OT: I'd say get high HP using range/mage and just stay 1 defence.
