Oldschool Runescape in 2014

What do you guys want to see in the next year of runescape? As we approach our 1 year mark, I believe Jagex has a lot in store for us, especially with their latest advertisement for a new oldschool artist, which would help them design new content and possibly new bosses for the game. Also stated was that these people needed a "oldschool like way of thinking"

i want to see more mini-games, new bosses and new weapons

 

minigames are already dead New bosses and weapons definately!

 

I would love to see the Exchange come back, this unsteady price of items is really a killer on day things are 25m the next there 22m.

 

If this is true, I am totally floored at just how much Jagex could manage to fuck up RS 07, literally all they would have to do is not hire dev staff for it and make more money and please players more.

 

if they did it the way you are proposing 07 would of already been dead and gone it need updates to sustain it self, and the majority of the players are happy with the updates, but it is true there will be people who complain no matter what they do

 

I wasn't aware they were looking for graphic designers for OldSchool, but that's gonna suck pretty hard if they try and 'pretty up' OS like they did with RS3. There's nothing wrong with the graphics, that's part of what makes it good. Why can't they just concentrate on good ingame content and stop trying to fix things that aren't broken?

they could be looking to hire new to design new things they have in the making if it passes the vote of what the community want , also i don't think they are going to try and update all the graphic like they did with rs3.

 

If they try to update the graphics, they'll probably lose more players. I wouldn't mind a slow progression toward pre-EoC status on lots of items, quests, etc, honestly. We'll see..

 

Why are they hiring a gfx designer, they need to keep the graphics how they should be otherwise they'll lose even more players.

 

If they were smart they would have the game evolve differently.

Instead of releasing updates as they were, they should just keep evolving the game as a new Runescape.

Right now they're just recreating the game the way it already was ruined once, when they could capitalize it and remake it avoiding their old mistakes, with much more player input.

 

Go away graphic designers. Go to RS 3

 

I sure hope they wont addy more of the rs3 crap because its going that detraction if you ask me.
They can just leave it as it is and just add mini games or other events.

More Bosses would be nice, and maybe release of Dragon Claws? :O

If they do this, people would eventually get bored and quit.
