Jagexs Email Service Down?

Is it just me or is Jagex's email service not working because I'm trying to transfer an account to a customer's email and I'm not recieving confirmation emails. I got my mate to try on his account as well but he's getting the same thing. =@

 

Sometimes can take a while if it's an ip far away from where the account is usually played.

 

Im currently trying to recover 4 accounts and im already waiting 5 hours for the emails if it got accepted or denied...

 

Considering the fact that Jagex is a multi-million dollar company this is just fucking ridiculous :/

 

Yeah I feel ya, best way to contact them is probably thru social media or you will have to be patient!

 

I recall buying an account a few years and the email to change the current email took about 10 hours to receive. Just try to wait a bit and if you do not receive the email after that time, try again or contact a staff via the forums.

 

They are the most useless cunts ever lmao, been trying to recover an account for a week now...They don't offer any support anywhere lol and don't even reply to damn tickets -.-
