Price Check needed for my old main account

Hey everyone! I'm really new in selling RS account and I really need help with my account price that i want to sell. So heres my account:

As you see higest skills are 99 Firemaking, 86 woodcutting, 87 strengh, 85 Mining. Account has 17m cash on it, it is really old account it has to wait less than a year to achieve 10 year cape, also pretty much holiday items on account.

 

Well the account its self with the "holiday items" I would say around $30 dollars. unless you have some very old holiday items. And extra $5 will be added because of the wealth.

So all together I would say around $35

I'd like more opinions.

 

If you can list some of the untradables and holiday items then we'll be able to give a more accurate price . Some holiday items are worth a lot. others aren't
